For popular destinations and peak seasons, we recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance. For less busy destinations or off-peak travel, 1-3 months is usually sufficient. Last-minute deals are sometimes available, but selection may be limited.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. For certain destinations, we also offer payment plans with a deposit followed by scheduled payments.
While not mandatory, we strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips. It can protect you from unexpected events, medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage. We can help you find the right insurance plan for your specific journey.
Our standard policy allows full refunds for cancellations made 30+ days before departure, 50% refund for 15-29 days, and no refund for less than 15 days. Some packages and special promotions may have different terms. Travel insurance can cover you for unexpected cancellations.
